When Jim builds a fire pit, he builds it once. Every weld, every cut, every finish is done by hand in his Connecticut shop with the intention that it will outlast the people who use it. That’s not marketing — that’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every single piece.

What’s Covered

• All structural welds and joints
• Steel integrity and craftsmanship defects
• Any manufacturing defect that affects the function or safety of your fire pit

What’s Not Covered

• Normal weathering, rust patina, or surface oxidation (this is natural for raw steel outdoors)
• Damage from misuse, improper storage, or accidents
• Cosmetic wear from regular use
